Arbion is a technology platform—not a broker, exchange, bank, or custodian. Your connected institution remains authoritative for assets, balances, orders, and statements.
AI is powerful, not infallible.
Models can be wrong, incomplete, or stale. No model, strategy, simulation, or risk control guarantees profit or prevents loss, and Arbion should not be your sole basis for a financial decision.

AI features use credentials you connect for a supported provider. Selected context is processed under that provider’s terms, settings, and privacy practices; Arbion does not supply pooled AI credentials.
Security is layered, not absolute.
Sensitive production data uses 256-bit encryption at rest where supported and current TLS in transit. No system is completely secure, so credential hygiene and multi-factor authentication still matter.
